“I learned that there are no victimless crimes and that I use the victim role to my benefit. I did not realize all the people hurt by one’s action. I think “no victimless crimes” sums it up. And how many people are affected by my actions. I’m also learning how I can let down my defenses through other members of the group.” (K.R.)

“I learned that the three ways of dealing with anger will help defuse any situation because they are ways of negotiating, getting an understanding and listening to each other agree or disagree. I have to listen one on one and give positive feedback, keeping my voice low, slow, clear and concise. These things help me deal with my anger, the other person’s anger or both our anger.” (R.D.)
